Refund policy

All products that are purchased from us will be shipped free of charge. Once you place an order with us, we will complete the order and ship it to you. The shipping address must be provided by you, and once complete and paid for, the responsibility of the delivery passes on to you.

Please note we offer no refunds or exchanges once the order is processed and confirmed. Reason for this is that all our products will be custom made for you, we don't have them in a inventory, we will start to make them after you place an order.

24 months – the customer has to make the complaint within reasonable time – and that is within 2 months after the defects has been discovered.
